Bob Tyner is the founder of Tyner Consulting Services (TCS), a consulting firm focusing on Control Room Management, Job Performance Evaluations, Underground Damage Prevention, and regulatory compliance. He has extensive experience in all aspects of the gas industry from the operations side to the regulatory compliance side.
Prior to starting Tyner Consulting Services (TCS) in 2013, Mr. Tyner was responsible for the operation and regulatory compliance for DOT Pipelines, and gas processing plants for a mid-sized production company. His duties included being part of the team that developed all of the required DOT required programs, PSM program, and the primary evaluator for the operator qualificator program for DOT pipelines. Bob was the supervisor for gas plants, and pipeline operations. Mr. Tyner has worked 35 plus years in many different capacities in the gas industry and has taught oilfield safety classes at Taft Community College (WESTEC).
Bob is currently a consultant working with many different companies focusing on control room management, job performance evaluations for several operator qualification programs, and underground damage prevention, primarily teaching utility locator classes. His knowledge of safety, DOT, specifically CRM, and damage prevention assists in identifying program gaps for his clients.
