As Pipeline Compliance Manager for Crestwood Midstream, Alice Ratcliffe directs a staff of regulatory professionals to ensure compliance with federal and state pipeline safety regulations for both gas and hazardous liquid pipelines.
Her extensive knowledge of safety, PSM, DOT, and environmental oversight assists her in identifying program gaps. With this knowledge, Alice also oversees the development and implementation of corporate pipeline safety programs to minimize risks, as well as a robust, defensible integrity management program.
Previously, she served in multiple roles at XTO Energy, where she was responsible for overseeing more than 20 field locations throughout 12 states. In addition to ensuring regulatory compliance, her team also supported field personnel during federal and state regulatory audits for more than 700 miles of jurisdictional pipeline.
Alice is currently a member of the GPTC committee for gathering and transmission. She has served as the former Chair and Vice-Chair of the Pipeline Safety Committee of the Gas Processors Association; she is a former member of the Marcellus Shale Coalition Pipeline Safety Committee; and a former member of an ad hoc industry committee responsible for developing “frequently asked questions” on natural gas gathering.
