These forward thinking companies are leading the charge by examining organizational culture and issues associated with shifting business models as well as evolving employee and customer attributes, wants and needs. At this event, you’ll hear from energy executives who are investing in creating intentional and innovative culture at their organizations.  Attendees will learn how and why companies are becoming more intentional as they engage with their employees and their customers to communicate the mission and values of their organizations.
This forum is uniquely different from other events and features in-depth discussions with energy executives combined with hands on working sessions to provide attendees with actionable intelligence to return to their organization and fight the fight for strong, positive, inclusive cultures that align with business goals.
